Luminory is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics that identify you, and has no accounts, no forms and nothing to log in to.
What happens when you load a page
Your browser requests static HTML, CSS and one small script from this domain, plus web fonts from Google Fonts. The search on the calendar page runs entirely in your browser; nothing you type is sent anywhere.

Every rule links to federalregister.gov. Following that link takes you to a U.S. Government site with its own policy.
